Allen Buell
Business Manager

Born and raised in Holley, New York, Allen Buell has over three decades of experience and accomplishments in the world of pageantry arts as a Member, Instructor, Director, Adjudicator and Administrator.

With instructional and management roles in championship caliber color guards including Holley, Churchville, Canandaigua, Naples, Medina and 5-time WGI World Champion Bishop Kearney, Allen’s passion and proven leadership has positively affected many students throughout Western New York.

His experience in drum corps includes being a Member, Instructor, and/or Business Manager for corps such as the Rochester Crusaders, Les Metropolitans, Syracuse Brigadiers, finally returning to the Empire Statesmen.

Allen is currently the President of the Northeast Colorguard Circuit is an Adjudicator with the New York State Federation of Contest Judges, and USSBA.

Allen’s professional career includes being the Director of Special Events & Public Affairs for the George Eastman House for over 23 years.

Allen currently resides in Brighton, New York.
