Joe Guadagnino
Staff Coordinator

Joe Guadagnino has been involved in drum corps for most of his life. His family was part of the United Drum Corp Scene in Rochester, NY since the early 60’s. Joe started marching in the Cadets of Greece in 1971. Joe played snare, xylophone and spent his last season as drum major. Joe aged out in the snare line of the Crossmen. Joe started teaching right away.  For over 16 years, Joe taught and wrote for many of the high school marching bands in NY State. Joe has taught most of the upstate NY drum corps as well as the Blue Coats, Crusaders and in 1997 started as Percussion Caption Head of the Empire Statesmen. Joe  helped to arrange in 97, 98 and the 99 seasons. As well as being part of the percussion staffs since 1997, he has assumed the role of staff coordinator.
