David Orser
Brass Technician

This is Dave Orser's fourth year on brass staff with the Empire Statesmen and 13th season as a member. Dave marched with the Statesmen from 1984 to 1992 and returned in 2006. Dave completed his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and Bachelor of Education at Queen's University in Kingston, On where he studied euphonium with Nick Atkinson. He has been teaching high school music in Kingston since his graduation in 1994. In addition to his work with the Empire Statesmen, Dave taught and wrote  for the Kingston Grenadiers Drum and Bugle Corps from 1992 to 2005. As well as a very busy teaching career, Dave is an adjudicator with the New York State Field Band Conference.
