DIRECTIONS:

Take the NYS Thruway (90 East) to Albany

When the Thruway splits you want 87 South (still the thruway)

Take 87 South to RT 84 East

Take 84 East to Exit#9 (Route 25 - which is a two way lacal street) and go South towards

Bridgeport. You will travel approximately 10 to 12 miles and then Rt. 25 will merge with Rt.

8S (which is a three lane highway) Take this for another 4 miles

Take Exit #3 and stay left to "Main Street South"

The Hotel is ahead on your left.

From Rochester:

Take Exit #1 for prospect St/ Myrtle Avenue

Merge onto Myrtle Avenue

Turn RIGHT at South Avenue

South Avenue turns left and becomes Barnum Dyke

From Rehearsal Site to Kennedy Stadium (Show Site):

Go to the center of the park where the entrance arches are lokated - Park Avenue.

Go North on Park Avenue.

As you travel on Park Ave you will cross over Fairfield Ave. You will cross over

North Ave (you will see a supermarket on the right)

You will come to Capital Ave (Jewish Synagogue on the left)

Make a RIGHT onto Capital Avenue.

Go to the next light which is Capital and Lincoln Blvd.

Make a RIGHT onto Lincoln (you will see Central High School - where Kennedy

Stadium is located). Follow to the end of Lincoln Blvd.

FRIDAY, JUNE 29, 2012:

10:30 PM   Start arriving at Park and Ride Exit #25 off 490 by St. John Fisher to load the Buses. Park cars against 490 side of parking lot

11:00 pm   Depart Rochester for Bridgeport

Important:

Make sure to lock your cars up for safety . Keep all valuables hidden and out of sight.

SATURDAY, JUNE 30, 2012:

12:30am   The buses will stop at Exit #39 to pick up the Syracuse bunch.

8:00am   Arrive Seaside Park ( Our rehearsal site for the day)

8:30 am   Rehearsal begins and David will give you the schedule for the day

6:00pm   2012 Barnum Festival's "Champions on Parade" show begins at Kennedy Stadium.

IF ALL GOES ON SCHEDULE WE WILL LEAVE IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE SHOW (11PM) WHICH PUTS US IN OSWEGO AROUND 6 AM
